Places to visit in Udaipur

City Palace
This is a largest place complex in Rajasthan. A majestic architectural marvel tower ing over the lake on a hill surrounded by crenellated walls, it is conglomeration of courtyards, pavilions, terraces, balconies, corridors and rooms. The main entrance is through the triple arched gate, the 'Tripolia' with eight marble porticos.

Jagdish Temple
This temple built by Maharana Jagat Singh in 1651. This Ind temple is the largest and the most beautiful temple of Udaipur with enshrine of a black stone image of lord Vishnu.

Saheliyo ki Bari
This small ornamental garden was a popular relaxing spot where royal ladies came for a stroll and therefore the name. The garden has many fountains in its four pools, chiseled kiosks and marble elephants.

Animal Aid

Bagore ki Haveli
Absolutely Beautiful. The Haveli, apparently centuries old, overlooks the Pichola Lake at Gangori Ghat. Built by an 18th century Prime Minister of Mewar, the Haveli had been restored in order to house a museum with artifacts collected over the years.
